Casa Madera is one of Toronto’s most vibrant dining experiences, combining exceptional Mexican and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with live entertainment that shifts with the energy of the night. During dinner, I perform live flamenco guitar as part of a rotating ensemble of DJs and musicians, adding a warm, atmospheric backdrop to the room.
