Join us for an opening night celebration as Ventanas, a Toronto-based global music and dance ensemble, leads a lively, cross-cultural fiesta. Under the direction of flamenco singer and dancer Tamar Ilana, Ventanas blends original and traditional repertoire in more than 20 languages, moving seamlessly between fiery flamenco, Greek and Turkish songs, Sephardic ballads, upbeat Bulgarian dance tunes, and evocative original compositions. The ensemble’s performances create musical “windows” into diverse places, times, and traditions.

Special guest flamenco dancer Angela Déiseach returns to the stage, bringing her signature presence and dynamic footwork to this spirited program. Expect a vibrant, dance-filled evening that celebrates rhythm, song, and cultural fusion.
